We see this as an opportunity to achieve additional quality that can be expressed in different aspects of the created spaces. POPULAR ARCHITECTURE

The needs, desires, and financial possibilities of the investor are shaped and materialized into a building that is present both in the physical context and in the memory and everyday life of every user through our engagement. In each project, we strive to fully understand the users, their way of functioning, and their specificities, which we incorporate into the project with our knowledge, expertise, and creativity.

COMMUNICATION

In designing, the relationship between the designer, the investor, and the users of the space is very important. Through open communication with investors and users, we become acquainted with the facts of each particular situation and its consequences, as well as possible solutions.

BUDGET CONTROL

For every building, the time frame and financial framework in which it is created are essential. During the design process, we control costs and find solutions that fit the given financial framework within the set time. From estimation, feasibility studies and checks, tenders to supervision and control of final execution costs, POPARH always keeps reality and budget in correlation with the Investor’s wishes.

TIME DYNAMICS CONTROL

In addition to the budget, all projects require reasonable control of the dynamics of design, tendering, and execution (supervision). Starting with the estimation of time dynamics to control and realization, we follow the Investor to the end of the cycle. As a measure of our quality, we take the satisfaction of users and investors, which many investors have shown through our re-engagement.
