For every building, the time frame and financial framework in which it is created are essential. During the design process, we control costs and find solutions that fit the given financial framework within the set time. From estimation, feasibility studies and checks, tenders to supervision and control of final execution costs, POPARH always keeps reality and budget in correlation with the Investor\u2019s wishes.<\/p>\n
