In a small village Lovište on the peninsula Pelješac it was necessary to make a project of two houses containing six apartments on one plot. The plot is falling towards the sea, from which it is separated only by a narrow road.
The most important things in design process were to position the houses so they have privacy in relation to the neighbors, to have all the apartments equally treated and to take advantage of the beautiful views towards the sea.
Vehicular access is possible from the road that goes uphill from the sea along the plot. Houses are connected, the first house is located closer to the sea, and the other one is located a bit higher regarding to the first one. Both houses contain three apartments with the same floor plan and huge terraces. There is one more auxiliary house on the plot, common pool for all the guests and grill area with an outdoor dining.
